Meet the Author
Vincent Gilvarry
Vincent Gilvarry is an accomplished Australian author from tropical North Queensland whose creative career spans more than 25 years.
Gilvarry’s move from the canvas to the written word was sparked by a major, life-changing event that redirected his creative energy. Since then, he has become a prolific novelist, moving fluently between genres including high-concept fantasy, historical romance, and satirical fiction.
In 2019, he received two Book Excellence Awards, one for The Eternal Optimist and one for The Snake Charmer’s Tale, both of which exhibit his ability to weave ideas around complex themes, spirituality, and modern human dilemmas.
His extensive body of work includes The Merlin Series and The Gods of Space and Time series, both of which reflect an interest in exploring the intersection of the extraordinary and the human.
